Our Commitment to Quality Care
We carefully select teachers based on their education, experience, and character. Every teacher at Town & Country meets high standards to ensure the best care and education for your child

Qualifications
- Lead Teachers hold a minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification or an Early Childhood Education (ECE) degree
- Mandatory courses via ECE University

Safety & Health Certifications
- Pediatric First Aid and CPR-certified
- AED (adult and child) on site
- Medication administration training, including epi-pen use

Ongoing Professional Development
- Individualized Professional Development Plans, guided by the center director
- Continuous access to ECE UniversityTM, relevant courses, training, and in-services
- Exceeds state-required minimum of 20 hours of training each year
Our Comprehensive Training Program
Upon joining Town & Country, every teacher completes a thorough orientation and ECE University Training Program that covers our mission, core values, curriculum, code of conduct, compliance, careers, and culture.
